1. PAYMENT METHODS

You can complete your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Payment can be made upon the delivery of your order (Cash on Delivery), providing the cash amount equivalent to the order value to the courier company delivering your package. COD service incurs an additional charge of two (2) euros.

Bank Deposit:

After placing your order, deposit the amount into one of our bank accounts with IBAN, under the account name VASILIKI LASKARI. Add a comment with your full name, and inform us via email at sales@01kis.gr or by phone at 2721062100. Once the deposit is verified, and the exact amount is confirmed, the shipment of your order begins. There is no additional charge for payments made through bank deposit. The deposit must be made within two business days from the day your order was placed. After two business days, the order is automatically canceled.

Credit Card Payment:

The payment process is handled by ALPHA BANK, ensuring its security. Card details (card number, CVV2, expiration date) are transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and are inaccessible from our online store. ALPHA BANK's systems and procedures prevent third-party access to data and information. The ALPHA BANK website where the customer enters their card details has a digital certificate for anyone to verify its authenticity, confirming it truly belongs to ALPHA BANK. The ALPHA BANK E-commerce Service follows the best international practices in online payment security and is fully compatible with the security protocols of international card organizations Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for secure online card payments. There is no additional charge for credit card payments.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

Understanding the demands of the time and aiming for the swift delivery of its products, 01kis.gr collaborates with SPEEDEX, the fastest courier service across Greece. Product delivery takes 1-2 business days in mainland Greece and 2-3 business days in the islands.

For example, a product weighing up to 2 kilograms incurs approximately 5 euros in shipping costs. Upon completing the order, 01kis.gr sends an email with the shipment code. With this code, you can track your order's progress through the courier company's website and know its location at any time. In case of delays in product delivery, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order.

3. PRODUCT PRICES

The e-shop prices include VAT (24%). 01kis.gr reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. RETURNS PROCESS

Product exchanges are free of charge throughout Greece and are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt.

• For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
• Exchange due to product defect or incorrect design: Upon shipment of each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts or components. However, if you happen to receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it entirely free of charge.

Please send the package to the address provided below.

Prerequisites for product exchange/return:

1. The product must be unused.
2. It must not have internal or external damages.
3. It must be in its original packaging with the purchase receipt.
4. To protect the product box, it must be wrapped in additional packaging.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 15 days from the day of receipt. In case of withdrawal and money return, the shipping costs of the original shipment and the return shipment are deducted from the refunded amount. To process the money return, the customer must provide us with a bank account for the deposit.
